We guarantee our work and parts (if supplied by us) for one year. We only supply and fit high-quality parts, and we take full responsibility if our work is of an unsatisfactory standard. We do not guarantee temporary repairs, parts supplied by the customer, and drain clearances.

Andrew Millward

Andrew has over 40 years of engineering experience and is an expert in all areas of his plumbing and heating career. Andrew regularly attends training courses to ensure that he is up-to-date with new technology, and he trains other engineers in heating technology. His main areas of expertise are fault-finding, boiler and heating repairs, design and installation of energy-efficient heating systems, including heat pumps and underfloor heating. Andrew is a member of Heat Geeks, a national company consisting of the country's most highly skilled and knowledgeable heating engineers. Andrew is top of the game and carries the title "Heat Geek Elitist".

Elis Harizi

Elis first started doing general plumbing in 2007 in Greece, where he completed his course at a college for Plumbing and Heating. Elis then moved to the UK in 2014, where he gained experience working for various plumbing companies before joining Home Comfort Assured. Elis specialises in plumbing repairs and installations, and he is committed to providing excellent customer service.
