Poor Customer Service and Unreliability
David Sellers, a self-employed individual, has been reviewed by several customers for his boiler servicing services. Missed Appointments and Lack of Communication
A common thread among these reviews is David's tendency to miss appointments and ignore customers' calls and messages.
