Case Studies

We have a proven track record of providing effective solutions to our clients' refrigeration needs. One of our notable case studies is that of an aerospace component manufacturer who approached us with a problem on a particular style of machine tool cooling system, which had been problematic for some time, causing significant issues on production. After consulting with the client, the machine tool manufacturers, and the original manufacturers, we were able to write a detailed specification for the manufacture of a replacement system, which encompassed the refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and user interface of the original system. The new system enhanced the way the cooling system interacted with the process, providing a more efficient and effective solution.

In another instance, a specialized metal spraying contractor required the replacement of several systems that had been fitted with original cooling systems using R22 as the refrigerant. We worked closely with the client to discuss the long-term implications of R22 and the benefits of replacing it with a more efficient system using R410A. We provided a more user-friendly and accurate way of controlling the thermal demands, ensuring a safer and more effective solution.
