Established in 2008, Breeze Hot & Cold Installations has over 20 years' experience in domestic and commercial heating and plumbing solutions. Along with being a Which? Trusted Trader, we are Gas Safe, MCS and Safe Contractor accredited, approved members of the Association of Plumbing, Heating Contractors Ltd, and Renewable Energy Consumer Code, and Worcester Bosch approved installers.

We provide our domestic clients with air source heat pump and gas boiler installations, along with servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Most of our domestic work is based in Solihull, Alvechurch, Barnt Green, Blackwell, Rowney Green & Redditch, however we cover the whole of the West Midlands, including Birmingham, Worcestershire, and the surrounding areas.

For our commercial clients, we offer professional heating system design, installation, maintenance, repair and plumbing services to suit their business needs, for both reactive and planned work. We are proud to have an unrivalled reputation in the hospitality industry, helping household restaurants serve their customers.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to cater for both domestic and commercial clients. For domestic customers, we provide plumbing, heat pump and boiler installations, existing repairs, maintenance and appliance servicing. Our commercial clients can benefit from plumbing, professional heating system design, installation and maintenance. Domestic Heating

We are Worcester Bosch accredited, so you can enjoy extended warranties on boilers we install. We cover breakdown, repairs, servicing and installations, and we are MCS accredited heat pump installers. This enables us to apply for the Ofgem Boiler Upgrade scheme grant of up to 5,000 towards the cost of your heat pump installation.

Commercial Heating

We design, install and maintain commercial heat pumps, boilers and heating systems. We provide 0-4 hour reactive call out response times. Our booking system enables us to track our engineer's arrival time, and provides you with job cards and photos detailing the work the engineer has carried out once the job has been completed.

Installations

As well as being a Which? From gas boilers and air source heat pumps to bespoke systems, we can cater for any requirements.

Repairs & Maintenance

We provide annual heat pump, boiler, and appliance servicing and maintenance, as well as landlord certification, to ensure your system doesn't give you any unwanted surprises. Our booking system will send you an annual service reminder 30 days before your service is due, making that one less thing to worry about.
