Technicair Ltd is a reputable and established company based in Warwickshire, with a rich history dating back to 1993. Services

At Technicair, we offer a comprehensive range of services to cater to the needs of our diverse client base, from large hotels and restaurants to local offices and residents. Our team is equipped to design, install, and provide services to a wide range of projects throughout the country. We offer a full drawing capability on larger projects using AutoCAD packages, enabling us to coordinate with other drawings in regards to architectural design and mechanical service layouts. Drawings can be updated throughout work in progress and at project end, providing a final 'As Installed' drawing.

In addition to our design and installation services, we also offer piped services if required on any project. We use our own pipework installers or specialist sub-contractors for the installation of gas, hot and cold water services or chilled and heating pipework services.

Ventilation Services

Technicair has the facility to design and install any ventilation ductwork requirement, from a basic toilet ventilation system to a gas-fired roof-top unit with a range of fully insulated ductwork and ceiling-mounted diffusers. We work with experienced ductwork manufacturers and ensure that all ductwork is designed, manufactured, and installed to industry standards, including DW144 and DW171.

Our team of specialist ductwork erectors has extensive experience in the installation of all types of ductwork, from circular and rectangular galvanised sheet metal to fully welded mild steel, commonly used for kitchen canopy extraction systems.

Service and Maintenance

At Technicair, our service department offers complete backup to existing and new customers alike. Our skilled engineers can provide a quick and efficient service for all types of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. We are registered for safe handling of refrigerants and are licensed by the Environment Agency to carry waste refrigerant.

We understand the importance of regular maintenance and are committed to providing a seamless service to our clients. We are proud to have maintained the air conditioning systems for numerous clients over the years, always striving to exceed their expectations.

F-Gas Regulations

As a responsible and forward-thinking company, Technicair is aware of the importance of complying with EU regulations. The European Union's F-Gas Regulation no. 842/2006 aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants. We understand the implications of this regulation and advises our clients to review their options to minimize the impact on their business, both operationally and financially.
