Disappointing Experience
EMS were once a reliable service provider for Ted Hodnett's previous business, offering exceptional service and a professional approach. However, things took a drastic turn when he contacted them again at his new employer. Despite completing online requests twice and making multiple phone calls (four occasions), as well as sending numerous emails and escalating the issue, Ted received zero feedback or communication from EMS.
