Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
The reviews for Edward Bays are largely negative, with many customers expressing frustration with the company's lack of professionalism and reliability. One reviewer, Milton Road Practice, gave the company a 1-star rating, stating that they are "unprofessional and scammer company" that fails to deliver on their promises. The reviewer claims that the engineer who came to their location three times, each time saying something else was wrong, and that they are still waiting for a part that they ordered three months prior.

Jayne's family had an emergency boiler replacement done in cold weather, and the staff were "helpful, kind, and patient."
