Our History
Our journey began in the late 1990s when our Managing Director, Andrew Louth, first encountered ground and air source technology overseas. He soon became immersed in all aspects of design and installation, providing expert provision of renewable solutions to domestic and commercial clients and architects. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for ourselves, working closely with our clients to ensure that their renewable systems are installed correctly and efficiently.

Our Managing Director, Andrew Louth, is responsible for overseeing and organizing projects, taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. Sharon Louth, our Company Secretary, is responsible for client liaison and project organization, ensuring that each installation process runs smoothly. Poor Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the company's customer service. Ben Jenkins had a particularly unpleasant experience, complaining that he was "messed around" by the company since December 2022. He described receiving emails cancelling appointments and then finally receiving a survey with promises that were never fulfilled. He expressed disbelief at the lack of professionalism and decency shown by the company, warning others to avoid them.
Lack of Follow-Up
Basil Hatahet also had a negative experience, reporting that the company failed to call him back despite promising to do so. He questioned whether the company was a one-man band, implying that they were not capable of following up on their commitments.
Positive Experience
Ian Hall, on the other hand, had a very different experience. He rated the company 5 stars, praising their "top class" people and their knowledge about abundance. He also commended their advocacy of renewable technologies, describing the individuals he interacted with as "helpful".
