Driver Behaviour
Some reviewers have expressed concern about the driving habits of the company's drivers. Joe Bloggs, who gave the company a 1-star rating, reported experiencing extremely poor driving from one of the company's drivers. He described the driver as "cutting people up, undertaking, driving 60mph in a 20/30mph zone around hospitals and schools" and questioned whether the driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The driver's reckless behavior was particularly disturbing given that the company's name and number were prominently displayed on the side of the van.
