Poor Warranty Service

Her unit stopped working within two years of installation, which is still under warranty. Despite the warranty covering parts, the customer was astonished to learn that it would cost them 200 just to have someone come out to look at the issue. This situation escalated further when the company demanded an additional 700 to send someone to fix the unit due to the way it was installed.

The company's refusal to refund the 200 payment and send the necessary part to fix the issue has left Marian Moylan feeling frustrated and considering taking the matter to small claims court. Her unfortunate experience serves as a warning to potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with New Air.
