Quality and Price
Coolrite provides high-quality products, as evident from the review by Harpreet Singh, who purchased a walking fridge and freezer from them and was thoroughly satisfied with the purchase. The reviewer appreciated the reasonable price and the fact that it saved them a significant amount of money on their electricity bill.
Service Issues
However, not all experiences with Coolrite have been positive. Carl Os's review highlights the disappointing service he received. The engineer was booked to arrive at 8:15 am, but showed up over an hour late. To make matters worse, the engineer refused to service the equipment due to health and safety concerns, despite the units being serviced by others for over 10 years. This led to Carl Os having to call another company to service the equipment, with no issues.
