Faulty Workmanship and Ignoring Customer Complaints

Chris Thick, who gave the service a 1-star rating, experienced a faulty boiler and heating system fitting. Despite attempts to contact the provider, they ignored all communications and left the customer to pay to replace the faulty part themselves. This lack of accountability and response to customer concerns is a significant concern.

Punctual and Efficient Service

In contrast, Tommy Andrew James Stanton-Cole and Sohila Mostofi were extremely satisfied with the service. Tommy praised the provider's prompt response to an urgent job, while Sohila appreciated the quick fix of an emergency plumbing problem. The provider also managed to locate a rare part, ensuring that Sohila's warranty was preserved.

No-Show and Unresponsive Provider
